RETURN POLICY

Cush Clothing offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date of your item(s) to make a return. If we receive a return after the 14-day period, we reserve the right to deny the return.  Please note that we ONLY offer store credit for a return, we do not issue refunds.

Once your return is received, store credit will be issued back to you with a Cush Clothing Gift Card. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return and for your credit to be issued. Your Gift Card will be emailed to you through the email address provided with the original order.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached.  We do not accept the return of items that look to be worn, have signs of makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, etc., or do not meet the above requirements. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. All sales made on clearance items are final sale.

 

How to make a return?
To make a return, simply ship back your item(s) to the address below:

You as the customer are responsible for the shipment costs of your return, and must use USPS. Please include your packing slip in your package.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Damages

You as the customer have 2 business days from the delivery date of your item(s) to report any damages. Photos of the damage must be submitted to sales@shopcushclothing.
